Sheep rearing is one of the most economic forms of animal husbandry practice as most of the feed input is via grazing system. Parasitic burden is most common problem encountered in ovines. Hence, a study was conducted to determine the efficacy of 6 different combinations of deworming drugs in reducing the internal parasitic burden of 500 Nellore brown sheep, selected randomly in Krishna district by fecal egg count reduction test (FECRT). The results revealed Levamisole (5%) + Triclabendazole (3.75%) combination was most effective and resistance to the deworming drugs was also not observed.
